Yes. All hearing devices fitted at our clinic come with a 3 year manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. We also offer a 30 day return option so you can trial your hearing aids in real world situations. If they are not the right fit, we will work with you to find a better solution.
With proper care, custom ear moulds can last several years. We recommend cleaning them regularly and storing them in the case provided. Over time, fit and comfort can change slightly, so periodic checks are a good idea. We’re always happy to reassess.
