My 2 year old son saw Niveen at ABI Williamstown for a routine hearing check. Niveen was incredibly kind, gentle and engaging with my son, changing up the activities to suit his interest. Came to see Dr. Niveen for my two-year-old, and I just had to share how wonderful the experience was. I rarely put reviews but this one needed one! All of the ladies there were so lovely and helpful … one even offered to help with my newborn while I focused on my toddler. Dr. Niveen herself was incredible. My son has never let any doctor, specialist, or anyone touch his ears before, but she made him feel so comfortable. She engaged him in such a fun, gentle way during his hearing test, and for the first time, he actually cooperated! I’ve never had such a positive experience with a specialist, and I truly appreciate the care and kindness we received!

Abi Hearing have always provided a thorough hearing assessment and a detailed level of audiology report for my daughter. The staff have always been kind, welcoming and accommodating. There are many more audiologists closer to home but we are happy to travel for such a positive experience.

I must admit having a bit of vanity here and also some anxiety about my slowly declining hearing loss that is however, until I met Niveen! How lucky was I! What a knowledgeable, patient, and kind professional! Niveen took her time answering multiple questions during my hearing test.
