Signia Motion Charge & Go 2Nx Rechargeable BTE Hearing Aid

Signia’s Motion range is a behind the ear (BTE) device. These aids have a main body that sits behind the ear with a plastic tube that extends down and enters the ear canal. On the end of the tube sits a custom made mold, which sits in the ear canal. This style of aid can suit a variety of hearing loss, ranging from mild to severe.

Signia have two current platforms on which the aids operate on. The word ‘platform’ refers to the model of aid, much like how Apple has the iPhone 11, 12 etc.

Signia’s Nx platform introduced unique own voice processing technology that aims to provide the most natural own voice quality whilst wearing hearing aids. The sophisticated chip enables Bluetooth connectivity with Ultra HD sound in a small and discreet aid body.

Performance Level Features

Signia’s 2 performance level is a basic range to cope with slight noise and quiet conversation. This includes 1:1 conversation in quiet and with minimal background noise, TV listening, and phone use. This level includes tinnitus masking functions and is an entry level device that has the capability to adapt based on it’s environment, unlike the essential range. This would best suit an individual who is mildly active and has basic communication needs and struggles in slight noise.
